Service User Information

When you use mental health services in Ireland, your rights and interests are protected by the Mental Health Act 2001. All staff who give you care and treatment must follow this law. The Mental Health Commission has published different documents to provide you with information on the Mental Health Act 2001 and on other matters connected to the 2001 Act.
