John Farrelly is Chief Executive of the Mental Health Commission and the Decision Support Service.
A strategic and collaborative public service leader, John has led significant organisational and sectoral reform, bringing together people and partners to deliver change and improve services throughout Ireland. His leadership is grounded in human rights, strong governance and a clear focus on better outcomes for people who use mental health and decision support services.
John is a graduate of University College Dublin, Harvard Kennedy School, the London School of Economics and the Honourable Society of King’s Inns.
