Working in the MHC

We consist of five divisions, each of which plays its own unique role to promote, support and uphold the rights, health and wellbeing of all people who access mental health and decision support services. 

Our 100+ staff come from diverse and varied professional backgrounds in both the private and public sector, and bring their own unique perspective to our work and functions.  

We believe that the MHC is a great place to work. We also work hard to ensure that our staff feel appreciated and that they know we value their contribution towards improving our mental health services.
