Child & Adolescent Mental Health In-patient Unit, Merlin Park University Hospital
The Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) in-patient unit is located on the grounds of Merlin Park University Hospital, Galway. It provides care and treatment to young people aged 12 to 18. The residence is divided into two units, the Willows and Woodsend. The approved centre has a dedicated school on site, as well as a “parent flat”, which allows a family of a young person to stay overnight.
